Hello... thank you for visiting our website. My name is Michele, I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years, and a licensed Physical Therapist Asst. for 22 years. My specialties include: Myofascial release, Orthopedic massage, Pain management, Therapeutic/Swedish massage, Relaxation massage, Geriatric massage, Trigger point, Migraine headache massage, Muscle Energy technique, and Integrative bodywork.
In addition to those specialties, I have had the opportunity to rehabilitate all types of injuries in the physical therapy profession. This encompasses anything from simple muscle tightness and strains/sprains to postsurgical rehabilitation as well as injuries due to motor vehicle accidents. The experience has given me broad in-depth knowledge of the functionality of the human body, the importance of maintaining muscle balance, and the recovery process of even minor injuries. It has also enabled me to understand how to reach the ultimate goal, which is helping clients to operate at their hightest functional level while remaining pain free, and managing their stress levels in order to achieve total body wellness.
